Evaluation: Question 1 Planning

In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

Key terms - What are conventions of videos, digipaks, adverts etc, what do we expect?
- Lip syncing, jumpcuts, artist singing at us/to us, close ups
- Recap: establish the purpose of videos, examples of real media, set context for question
- Speak about the chosen genre to work in, give some examples of real media, expectations in music videos in regards to the particular genre

-Talk about theories: Vernallis, Goodwin, Mulvey
- Give examples, real media once again
- How our video supports/challenges these theories

- Ancillary: what to expect, the forms and conventions
- Give some real media examples once again to illustrate conventions
- Show how I've followed/challenged conventions in my own Ancillary products#

- Conclude by summing up whether the forms and conventions have been supported or challenged
