Production - Ancillary: bits and pieces from editing

I've made some changed to my advert such as adjusting the brightness of the background image to make it be less of a focal point the making the other information stand out more. Other changes i've made include adding a black banner across the bottom highlighting when the album is out for release to show it as wing significant, also making the reviews smaller and moving them to the top left hand corner as well as making the logo's of where the album will be available smaller.

I cut away an image of myself from its original background so I could use the image of myself for the inside of my digipak on a different background.

I then duplicated the cut away image and added the film grain filter then adjusted the coloration of the image in order to achieve the same kind of noise effect that appears on the front of my digipak. I done this to create a kind of silhouette that would still link the inside and the outside of the digipak.

I was using the magic extractor tool so that i could remove myself from the image and leave an outline of myself on the grain background. I used the same image that i used for the front panel of the digipak so that all arm positioning and strands of hair and such would be the same.

I placed the edited image on a black background in order to show the full effect and this will be the back panel of the outside of my digipak. The black space is where all the text will be placed.
